The Sri Lanka High Commission together with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service is organising a Blood Donation campaign on Saturday 29th April 2017 from 0800h onwards, to mark 70 years of friendship between Sri Lanka and Australia.

The High Commission believes that this would be an appropriate gesture in appreciation of the strong people to people links that closely bind our two countries

Donors are kindly requested to come forward and register for the group donation scheduled on 29th April 2017 at the Red Cross House, 3 Dann Close, GARRAN, ACT 2605.

The target is to achieve approximately 100 donations on that day. Donors willing to participate are kindly requested to fill the attached registration form and send it to the Sri Lanka High Commission by post (No 61 Hampton Circuit, Yarralumla, ACT 2600) or by email to

Please do NOT send the registration form to the Red Cross Blood Service, as the appointments are being scheduled by the High Commission.
Registration forms are requested to be submitted before Tuesday 28th February 2017.
